How to pay using debit or credit card: Go to the sign up page, fill out the forms, then after clicking Checkout with Paypal, enter your email address, click on Pay with Credit or Debit Card, then fill out the payment details on the next page. Uncheck the “Save info and create Paypal account” then pay as guest.
If you have a Paypal account but you want to pay using card or your Paypal account is automatically logging in, what you can do is use a different browser. For example, use Chrome, Firefox, or any browser other than what you normally use. You should also use a different email address in the checkout page, other than the email address connected to your Paypal account.
